 Welcome to Team Dayton!!!! We are a grass roots amateur cycling team based in Southwest Ohio. Despite the name our membership draws from areas surrounding the cities of Cincinnati and Dayton. Our mission is to grow and develop competitive cycling in Southwest Ohio. We are one of the largest USA Cycling licensed teams in the Mid-West with membership ~90 racers. We cover all disciplines including Road, Track, Cross and Mountain Bike. There are even a few triathletes and duathletes amongst us. We are a diverse team with a women's program, junior development program, and very competitive Masters/Senior Olympics squad. Overall our team is prominent in the region and even nationally putting up close to 100 wins and 200 podiums placings each year.

Sheri Noer Qualifies for Worlds - Again!!! |

 Sheri Noer, an accomplished mulitsport athlete for Team Dayton, has qualified for the World Championships - Again!!!. This time she successfully qualified for the World Short Course Duathlon Championships. She will represent United States in Rimini, Italy in September, 2008. She qualified with an 8th place age group finish at a challenging Duathlon National Short Course Championships in Richmond, VA on April 26th. Sheri has already qualified for the Long Course World Championships in Geel, Belgium. This is quite the accomplishment to qualify for the US National Team for two different events within 1 month of each other.

2008 Team Dayton Training Criterium |

Each year our team hosts a weekly training criterium on our home course located at the Ohio Renaissance Festival Park in Harveysburg, OH. It is a easy way to practice your criterium skills or a non-threatening way to get started. The 2008 sessions will be held on every Tuesday night from May 6th through until August 5th. Sessions start promptly at 7pm and gates will be open by 6pm.
